We strive to make every dish a work of art so that you can eat with your eyes, your palate and a good conscience; all of this in a lush, colorful, tropical environment filled with plants and life. What is Kava?

Kava is an herbal remedy made from the ground root of Piper methysticum, a plant native to the Pacific islands. Its calming effect is said to relieve restlessness, anxiety, and sleeplessness, and has also been used to aid in pain relief and the relief of muscle spasms. On Fiji, it’s been used for hundreds of years both socially and as medicine, and its kavapyrones help your brain make you feel calm, relaxed and happy. It can be brewed into a beverage or taken as a supplement.
